Each month, you can have 1 free mentorship and use all platform features at no cost. If you want more sessions, just choose the unlimited plan.

How do I schedule mentorships on the platform?

Create your profile and send an invitation to one of the available mentors. If accepted, you’ll connect and schedule a personalized 1 hour mentorship session.

How many meetings can I schedule?

With the free plan, you get 1 mentorship per month. With the unlimited plan, you can schedule as many as you want, as long as you have time credits. Every time you help someone, you earn 1 hour in credits to request guidance from other experts.

Can mentors decline my invitation?

Yes, the invitation is a request for guidance. Mentors may be busy and choose not to accept your request at that moment.

How do I earn more time credits?

Simply accept mentorship invitations you receive on the platform. Each session earns you 1 hour of credit.

Can I buy or sell mentorships with money?

No. Unlike other platforms, our project focuses on time exchange between professionals. Here, only those who help get helped, fostering collaborative knowledge sharing.

How long does a mentorship last?

Each mentorship lasts 1 hour. It may seem long, but you'll see how fast it goes when receiving expert guidance to overcome a technical challenge.

What if no one sends me invitations? How can I earn credits?

Offer help in your field on WhatsApp, Facebook, or other networks. When someone shows interest, share the platform link and conduct the mentorship through our system to earn credit.

What if I can't find a mentor in the area I need?

Share the platform link in Facebook and WhatsApp groups, especially in communities related to your desired specialty. A professional will likely join and be available to help you.

Can I decline help requests?

Yes, you can decline. But it’s recommended to pause your profile when unavailable, so it becomes hidden. Declining requests lowers your score, making your profile less visible to others.

Does the platform have metrics?

Yes, all activities are tracked. You can see how many people viewed your profile, how many clicks you received, invitations sent and received, your score, and other key metrics.

Can I rate or be rated by the mentor?

Yes! After the session, you transfer 1 time coin to the mentor and rate your experience with a comment and a score from 0 to 5 stars. The mentor will also rate you.
